Megan Howse

Master's Student

Megan is a graduate student in the Department of Geography at Memorial. Megan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa where she specialized in Conflict Studies and Human Rights. Since graduating, Megan has worked for non profit organizations in areas of homelessness, housing support, immigration and legal navigation.

 

Megan's current work focuses on the intersection of housing, northern cities and immigration. She hopes to explore how municipal policy, infrastructure, and action impacts community for immigrants in Northern Canadian cities.
