Morgan Manuel

Master's Student

Morgan is a graduate student in the Department of Geography at Memorial University. He previously completed a BA (Hons) degree in geography and political science at Memorial, where his research examined the political economies of church closure while under the supervision of Dr. Nicholas Lynch. 

 

Morgan’s master’s research will focus on the housing experiences of international migrants in Northern Canadian cities in the face of acute housing shortages across the Canadian North. Other research interests include degrowth, community resilience, and energy planning.
